Diani Stays started with a simple frustration: booking a coastal stay in Kenya too often means grainy photos, vague locations and a nagging worry that the apartment might not exist. We wanted the opposite — a small, curated collection of apartments we know inside out, run by people you can name.

So that's what we built. Three bright apartments on Beach Road, four minutes from the sand, looked after by a local team who greet you in person, hand you the key and stay one WhatsApp message away for your whole stay. The balcony massage that starts every booking isn't a gimmick — it's the tone we want your whole trip to take.
